Carrie Gallo is the Practice Manager responsible for Business Transformation Services at Interis. A project management professional with more than 17 years’ experience, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Economics.

Carrie’s combined expertise in portfolio management, operational planning and business process transformation is highly valued—as is her ability to provide leadership in the areas of operational effectiveness, performance and strategic outcomes. Carrie is skilled at leveraging business assets toward common goals, and at advising public- and private- sector clients on the delivery of strategic investments.

Carrie is an active researcher in her field. She has given numerous presentations, including one to the Conference Board of Canada on best practices in delivering technology investments, titled, Bridging the Gap between Business and IT.
