• A relevant undergraduate degree
• Government of Canada Security Clearance
• A minimum of five years of experience in the professional services consulting industry including experience working in our targeted industries
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• A high degree of professionalism and autonomy
• An ability to interact comfortably with senior management teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• An ability to establish strong and positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
• Willingness to travel is also an asset
