He is highly valued for his particular expertise in Enterprise and Operational Risk Management including the design and implementation of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) programs, identification and measurement of key risk indicators and risk scoring approaches.

Some of Richard's recent achievements include the design and implementation of operational risk management programs for three large Canadian financial institutions; leading comprehensive ORM diagnostics; conducting numerous risk assessments and producing risk profiles in the following sectors: banking, insurance, pension plans, large transformation projects and federal government.
