Denis is Interis' founder and Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 20 years
of experience to the firm, is certified in Management Consulting and holds a Master's
degree in Engineering Management.
Areas of expertise
Denis boasts extensive risk management expertise, specifically in the area of
operational risk analytics and management.
He has undertaken many large organizational transformation projects and implemented
management frameworks for leading financial sector organizations and public agencies.
Notable achievements
Denis recently helped a major financial institution in Quebec integrate its governance,
risk and compliance operations. He has designed operational risk management programs
for several clients including a cooperative organization and—with the specific aim of
detecting fraud and abuse—a large federal government department. An active researcher
in risk management, Denis has published and presented several papers on the subject in
New York, San Diego, Oslo, Vancouver, New Orleans, Ottawa, Rome, Long Beach and Toronto.
