David is the Regional Vice-President for Ottawa. He has more than three decades of experience and boasts an impressive list of credentials: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

David has led hundreds of projects for both public- and private-sector clients in the areas of governance, internal audit and risk management and control.

David has recently been involved in several key initiatives advancing the accountability agenda within the federal government. This includes several assignments with the Treasury Board Secretariat regarding the implementation of the Management Accountability Framework, the financial policy suite and the Policy on Internal Audit. David recently completed a four-year engagement to design and implement an Integrated Risk Manageement framework across all sectors and regions of a large federal government department. He has published and presented many papers on topics related to audit, risk and control.
